The 2026 Congress Organising Committee encourages interactive dialogue and collaborative learning. We welcome submissions for a range of presentation formats.
15 minute Presentation
Share details about your research questions, methodology, findings and applications, with aim to promote the exchange of knowledge amongst researchers and professionals in diverse fields
Cultural Activity
Suggested duration of 30, 60 or 90 minutes. Please let us know minimum and maximum numbers of participants, and what the cultural activity will be.
Discussion Session / Yarning Circle
Duration of 30, 60 or 90 minutes. Please let us know minimum and maximum numbers of participants and what your discussion topic will be. You are welcome to let us know if there is a particular room setup that you would like. An opportunity to share insights, exchange ideas and foster collaboration.
Poster Presentation
Share your work in a visual format. Summarise your work in a visually appealing poster, to be displayed throughout the duration of the Congress, for participants to view and interact with you during dedicated poster sessions.
Workshop (1.5 hours)
An interactive session, possibly with hands-on activities, designed for practical learning of specific skills or concepts.
Themed Session (1.5 hours)
An opportunity to convene a themed session, and collate the presentations and discussion topics.
